Moving onto fabric...

Continuing on the product path, I've been experimenting recently with getting my illustrations onto fabric. It's something I've been keen to do for ages as there's something about creating a tactility and use to my work which excites me more and more. I'm working on ideas already for my Etsy shop and am now in collaboration with a great friend of mine who is a master sewer too so watch this space :)

Expanding ventures...

I'm back! And it's been too long.... In my head I wanted to update this feed weekly, in reality life proceeded and I never quite got round to sharing all I've been up to so far! Anyway....

News this year, after a cold hermit stint in Canada I'm back in the Uk and on the go with various projects! My lovely Olivia has just started school (Jeez where did that time go?) and this year I hope to be even more creative and hopefully more collaborative too!

Let's make some funny Monsters...

Kids love faces of all kinds. Let their imaginations run wild with my latest printable Monster craft. Cut the features out, there's over 50 to choose from and see what funny beasts you can make!

Etsy Crafts

Here they are, the first of my downloadable items for Etsy! First up The Origami Dog set. I've been making these for my daughter for a while. They're super simple to fold and I've added a little 'To and From' on the back so pop them in the post and make someone smile :)

Etsy Québec

Shopping déco : Illustrations pour chambres d’enfants

Lovely to be in the line up on Etsy Québec this week on blog post by artist Marika Lemay. I am new to etsy this year and so value any opportunities for my work to be seen by others as well as a chance to discover some great local talent myself! I have been quite busy with other projects but am keen to add more to my shop. Over the coming year my plan is to develop some digital downloadable items to go alongside my prints and maybe even some 3D pieces... I'm inspired :) What would you like to see available to buy at PetitRigolo? I would love to hear from you!

La Garderie

My daughter started at a nursery not long ago here. Its a really sweet place and last week I felt inspired to produce this little illustration. Being in Quebec obviously we're surrounded by French and at the Garderie there's lots of new little words for her to learn and people to meet. It's supercute!
